Trying to Pin Down a Reference

This might prove difficult.  I've been studying the Gospel of Matthew using the New American Commentary: Matthew as a help.
Somewhere in the commentary around MT chapter 20 - 23 was a reference to a book apparently by D.A. Carson.  The reference is shown below, however I can't find the book that it refers to.

Does anyone have any ideas that might help me?  What do the numbers 488-95 refer to?
