Unlike myself most of you probably were already aware that this title is on prepub. My question now is why is a prepub appearing in a monthly sale if the title is not going to be immeadiately active?! This makes no sense to me. Perhaps someone (preferably FL) can enlighten me.

I supposed one could say that it is on sale this month (at a pre-pub discount) even though it is not immediately available.

Either way, I think it's a practical way for FL to promote specific Community Pricing and Pre-Pubs each month, to help move them along and make them available a bit sooner than expected.

I think it's better for us that they are shown there and get more promotion, than not having them show up on the monthly sale page.

I don't dispute that what you say has merit, however, I wish that it were more obvious that the resource was a prepub and not available for immeadiate ownership.

Edit: On second look they have indicated in bold that the resource is available at the prepub price. I guess this is just a case for me being unfamiliar with a novel approach. I retract my objection. Thanks, Petah!

Which web page are you looking at? Do you see something different from this?

I think FL also tried to make it apparent that it's not immediately available, by changing what would have been an "Add to cart" button to a "Learn More" button.
