Logos Mobile Education resources
I am enjoying using Logos 8 Silver, especially since I got a new laptop with 256 gigs SSD. It flies! I'm enjoying some of the Mobile Education resources, which include videos and text versions of the videos. I seem to be receiving some free of charge, which appear for a month, then disappear, just when I got interested.
Mark Futato's Introducing the Old Testament: its structure and story is very good, I think. I liked the analysis of Genesis and hoped to use it with a young man I'm reading the Bible with. Then it disappeared. So I have been able to purchase it at a reduced price.
Other resources have also seemed to suddenly appear, but not disappear. Is there a way of telling what is on your computer and will stay, and what is only there for a month?
Thanks for your help.

When you open your library, open the sidebar and click on the filter for "License". The resources that say "Temporary" will disappear eventually. "Permanent" resources you keep.

Hi Brother David,
I'm getting tired of typing these notes and although I mentioned it to sales, the reply was what I expected. Look at your receipt. They do have a point but the information is not always correct or clear. I'll also answer your questions on the appearing and disappearing courses, but it's not only courses, it's resources as well. I've been working on a list of all my missing resources, since to do it one by one with CS takes way too time. Anyway, for now you have a course coming to you. Please visit this link:
https://www.logos.com/redeem-course
You'll find a redemption code called: "L8COURSE." You will also see a note on the page: You'll find language that says:
"Logos 8 Silver and above includes a Mobile Ed course of your choice for no additional charge." .
It has not expired. There was also another deal, $50 for ANY course and I am sorry I can't find that one. Lastly, I used my credit towards a course that is priced at because it's one topic $379.
Good luck
Dean
