Logos 8 May 2019 Package Sale Question for FL/Logos
In regards to the above sale, if we previously upgraded to L8 and got a free course at that time, are we eligible to receive another free course with this purchase? During the initial promo event, it was only one course total no matter how many packages bought but I figured since this was a new sale it might be different? Thx

I can confirm that the free Mobile Ed course is only for users who are upgrading to Logos 8 for the first time. So you cannot qualify if you previously got a free Mobile Ed course for upgrading to Logos 8.

Joe, just to be absolutely clear. There's an included Mobile Ed course ($300.00 value, so not 'free') built into Silver (and above) base packages. If we've already got a Silver base package (or above) we obviously won't get that one again. However the promo seems to suggest that there's an additional Mobile Ed course available for free if we call the sales team for the base package purchase "Get a free Mobile Ed course when you talk to a product expert and purchase Logos 8". Is that just a poor choice of words?

Per Joe's post above, if you already have a Logos 8 Silver base package, then you don't qualify for the offer, because you already have a Logos 8 basepackage.
