I have downloaded the Textus Receptus, but am unable to look up words and cross reference their other locations.  I know that this functionality exists, as I have seen it on a friends phone.  What other elements do I need to purchase and/or enable to do this?

    Welcome! [:)]

I have downloaded the Textus Receptus, but am unable to look up words and cross reference their other locations.  I know that this functionality exists, as I have seen it on a friends phone.  What other elements do I need to purchase and/or enable to do this?

I do not often dig into the original languages, and very rarely on mobile. Someone else may need to give you the answer you need. However, it may be helpful to know more about you as a user. Are you new to Logos, or just to mobile? Do you own a base package? Do you own any feature sets and/or have a Faithlife Connect subscription?

The ability to see the original language words ("under the hood" so to speak) in ENGLISH translations, requires access to "reverse interlinears." This either comes from a purchase of a feature set OR a Faithlife Connect subscription.

Are you trying to read the TR in the Greek, or trying to read an English translation and find the original language words? Can you explain a bit more what you are trying to do?

It might also be helpful to know specially which resource you are referring to. A search for the TR in the store produces many hits: https://www.logos.com/products/search?q=Textus+Receptus&start=0&sort=rel&pageSize=60

Thanks for the response.  What I would like to be able to do is pull up a uncial (any one, really) on the mobile app and be able to have access to the Greek definition and other places that particular word form is used.  Or conversely, be able to select a word in an English translation, and find the Greek root source, translation and cross reference.

I do not currently have any subscriptions and am just using free tools.  I am perfectly fine with purchasing a subscription or books, but it's not clear to me exactly what I need to purchase or subscribe to in order to gain this functionality.

Jon, a reason we can't quite answer, is that we don't know what you have now ... the 95 free books that come with app.

It's conceivable you have a greek basic lexicon, and a long-press on Shriveners or Stephans TR will give you the basics ... lemma, morphs, definition.

As Alabama notes, starting in english needs an interlinear (KJV which delivers an approximate TR), along with lemma, morphs, roots, etc. The easiest solution there is a Connect subscription in the app (explore, and cancel later as needed).

Uncials are a different equation. Logos offers Comforts but it's not going to give you the drill-down.
