My mouse over parsing no longer functions

When I hover my mouse over a word in LHB or NA28, I am no longer shown parsing or lexical information. Did I inadvertently disable something? As far as I can remember, it changed a couple weeks ago when I bumped up to platinum. However, on my office desktop it still shows parsing. On my laptop it does not though.
