Logs hangs on splash screen after 8.4 SR1

Since Logos installed 8.4 SR1, I can't open the program. It just hangs on the splash screen. I tried letting it go and after 3 times of over 10 minutes each, I decided I needed help.

Can someone please offer a solution? I need my Logos for Bible study on Friday.
