Two Questions

I just got the email that support for Logos 7 was going to end, so I upgraded to the free version of Logos 8 (for now).

Two questions:

1. How can I add books to collections? In Logos 7, I just dragged a book into the collection, but now I can't seem to do so. I drop individual books into collections to get around tags, but now nothing happens.

2. In seemed that in Logos 7 in the Exegetical Guide, I was able to use my grammars. Now, I just get a link to the Help section. Do I no longer have links to my grammars in the Exegetical Guide?

1. This shouldn't have changed between Logos 7 and Logos 8. Are you using Windows or macOS? It's working for me on Windows.
2. If you never purchased a Logos 7 or Logos 8 Feature Set, you are probably encountering the change described here: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/140062.aspx. Follow the steps in that post to create a Collection section in the Guide that searches grammars.

Using MacOs and fully updated. When I try to add it by dragging the book into the collection, Logos treats that function like I'm trying to add that book to the pane.

Jeremy, I'm on Mac as well and can't reproduce this (I'm running L8.5 beta 4). Can you provide more details? Does it occur on any view of the library, etc, etc?

I'm not able to reproduce this. Are you dragging the resource into the "+ Plus these resources"? You need to drag it into "+ Plus these resources" and not the main Window.

I was always putting the book right where you are telling me to put the addition to my collection, but for some reason it just worked. I don't know what I did differently, but it worked. Many thanks for the help.

Occasionally I have glitches like this in Logos for Mac. Often a restart of the app and/or computer fixes it.
