Logos 8: Notes Keyboard shortcuts difficulty

I used to use the Ctrl-M shortcut to increase indents in my notes. It doesn't want to work in Logos 8. Also the Ctrl+Shift+M does not decrease the indent either. Could anyone help with this please? Thank you

Thank you David, but I'm looking for the Keyboard shortcuts for the Rich Text Editor in Notes. Ctrl-M used to increase the indent. According to the recent wiki shortcut lists this is still supposed to be so, but it isn't working.
