Erasing all highlights in a book

Is there a way to erase all high lights in just one book?

In one library book (as opposed to a book of the bible):

• Open the Notes tool
• Open the sidebar to Filters
• Under Resource, select the book
• Under Type, select Highlights
• Select all Notes e.g. select the first and Shift-click the last
• Drag them to Trash (they can be recovered or permanently deleted from there)
