Can someone please teach me if possible how to print out all the notes i took on a passage and collected into one notebook?  I can do it all separately, but that wastes paper.

Thanks

Yes, you can print the entire notebook as one continuous document

    1. Open the Notes Tool

    2. Select the Notebook you would like to print.

    3. Insure there is not an open note. If there is, close that note.

    4. Select Print / Export

Here is a short screencast demonstrating

I'm trying to print out my notebook on Jonah and am soooooo frustrated. I'd appreciate some help. First look at this:

Perhaps you can see the I have notes on Jonah as listed down the center. In the upper right, you can see that I have selected a notebook called J_Jonah in which notes go. However over on the left, under Notebook if I search all the way down my list (too long to show here) there is NO SUCH NOTEBOOK!?  I don't get it. How can I use Fred's excellent instructions (which work for other notebooks) for this?

    UPDATE

I figured some of it out, but once again Logos has punished me for using Notes. I still can't figure out why my J_Jonah not file does not appear in the "Filter" list under Notebooks, but it does appear when I select the Notebooks icon at the top of that list. Secondly I discovered that sometimes when I highlighted text in Jonah, the highlight created a note (those highlights I did using the Android phone app instead of my laptop). Thirdly when I finally printed out all my Jonah notes (only 9 of the them), there were no Bible references or resource citations in the printout which made the exercise almost worthless.

    Have a great day,

There is a limit to how many entries are listed under most facets.

A couple of things you could do:

    1. Use the search box (at the top of the faceted list) to filter for Jonah
    2. Click the notebooks icon (the right icon of the two at the top) and you'll be able to select the Notebook from there.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I figured this out some time ago and forgot it. It's so unobvious how to print all my notes. Thanks again for your clear instructions.[:)]
