Commentary not displayed on iPad but on desk top

Any idea why the Concordia commentary on Revelation can be read on my desktop, but not "fully" on my iPad?

When I try to open it on my iPad the only thing I get is "Concordia Commentary: Revelation" in the top left side of my screen.

any ideas?

    Hi Milkman, 

    Please do the following:

    Please make sure that your iPhone or iPad has iOS 11.2 or higher- this article explains how to check.  If you have an older version, you can check and see if an update is available.

    Once you have made sure that you have iOS 11.2 or higher, please uninstall and then re-install this app.  Please use the App Store to make a fresh instead of using iTunes Backup/Restore services.

    If you are unable to update to the minimum required version of iOS on this device, please use the Logos Web App instead of the app that we have available in the App Store.
