Using Logos 8 from Alexa (Amazon Echo)

I have Logos 8 and an Amazon Echo Dot. I’m trying to figure out the following:

  • Is there a list of a actions/commands for the Faithlife skill? 
  • How do I change Bible versions? 
  • Can I use the Passage Guide or Topic Guide? 
  • How to I read chapter 5 of a particular book (other than the Bible) in my Logos library? 
  • Does the Faithlife skill have Verse of the Day or other useful features?

    I don't know of a better description of what's currently supported than this thread. Feel free to add your comments here as to what you'd like to see supported (per Bob's comment early in the thread). 

    I suspect it reads from your preferred Bible in Logos, in which case you'd have to change that to read from a different version (but I'm not certain). "ask Faithlife for the Verse of the Day" does read it: you can also read today's readings from a reading plan (once you've set one up). 

    Guides aren't supported: there's too much to read. We're still considering what's the right output for a spoken interface to the material displayed in Logos, and what priority this should take compared to other development tasks.
