Anchor with Viewable Scripture Reference Text

Sorry for the ambiguous title.

In Heb 1:1 there is an anchor before the word "IN". when mousing over the anchor two scripture references pop up in a dialog box. If you L/mouse click on the anchor the references become active and the dialog box remains visible so I can mouse over each scripture reference and see the associated text.

Is it possible to do this at the user anchor level? It would be very helpful to be able to anchor my own scripture references like the embedded links.

Could anyone point me to some in depth training videos? I have not been able to find much beyond cursory overviews.

    Sorry - we can't do this using Notes
