I've prioritized Kittles & Bdag & but Vines keeps coming up as the main Dictionary. I've linked the Dictionaries but still Vines keeps coming up as a first. What am I doing wrong?

If you prioritized those resources above Vines they should come up first. Perhaps you could give a screen shot of your prioritized resources.

I have done just that Bruce but it still is not working. Here's a screenshot.

I see what you mean. Can you explain what search you are doing that causes Vines to come up first?

For instance, let's say Hebrews 4:12. I can click on 'word' / 'God' / 'quick' and each time Vines comes up first. Though many times Kittles will have the word or Bdag, yet Vines comes up first. I've right clicked on both Kittles and Bdag and prioritized them & dragged them over to where you see them in the screenshot.

I'm just trying to fully understand what is going on. If you open the "information" tool and hover or click (depending on your setting) over the word God what resource appears under "definition"? I have BDAG prioritized as you can see from the screen shot below. What happens for you?

Which Bible version are you using when you clicking on the word in Hebrews 4:12?

Here's a screenshot of what I have going. When I click on a strong's number under the word, you'll see that Vines is the one highlighted because it goes to Vines first instead of Kittles. As to which version I'm using, you'll see the kJV & the NIV.

When I click on Definition, it shows Vines.

Here's another screenshot with Definition showing Vines ...

If you click on the Strong's number in the inline interlinear display, it's going to do a lookup based on the Strong's number. Since Vines is indexed for Strong's numbers and Little Kittel is not, it's never going to find a result in Little Kittel.

If you want to do a lookup based on the lemma (which will work for either resource), then double click on the lemma in the inline interlinear display.

Sorry for not asking this before. But with the several Dictionaries opened at once as shown in the screenshot, why will each Dictionary open up to the same word meaning at certain times when clicking on the Strong's number? Is this just 'time and chance happening to all' or something else? Of course, it will not happen all the time but at times it will. Just curious.
