Resource Not Linked

In reading through my systematic (Christian Theology by Erickson, chapter 36, footnote 10), I came across a footnote that quotes from an article in Christianity Today. I own CT, though it wasn't linked. I gather these types of missed links happen from time to time, but besides reporting it (...as a typo??) is there a way I can manually link the two resources for convenience until this link is repaired?

You can add a note with a link. That is the only way.

The likely culprit is that the "non linked" resource was added AFTER the first resource was created.
