How do I shut off Hebrew text below the bible passage?

Under the English bible passages displays the appropriate Strong's Hebrew words as well as number for reference.

How do I shut that off?

It sounds like you have the inline interlinear turned on. To turn it off, click the Interlinear menu, and uncheck Inline Interlinear
