Can I assume from your question that you don't have 3.1? If so, I would recommend that you purchase it first (https://www.logos.com/product/147730/tjl-upgrade-bundle-31 ) and then wait for this pre-pub. Dynamic pricing will be applied.

Normally, Bruce's idea is best. But you're right ... 3.1 is more than 4.1. The wait might be worth it, or call Logos to see if you can download already produced 4.1. Normally JT's point is operant ... wait, wait, wait.
