Doctrine within a passage
Is there a tool or a way to search within Logos to figure out what doctrine or doctrines a passage may be talking about or referencing?

I'd love an answer to this, too

You can link the systematic theology guide and the thematic guide to follow along with the passage in the Bible, this be useful for some subjects.

The Systematic Theology Guide (different from the "Theology Guide") shows Systematic Theologies in your library that reference a specific verse or passage--you can access it from the Guides menu or from the context menu after right-clicking on a verse. It's sorted first according to doctrinal locus then by tradition. It doesn't go any more granular than that. For example, you might want to look at Matt. 28:19 in reference to baptism--for me, the STG is showing 10 different loci. "Baptism" is located under ecclesiology, but it's not distinguished in the guide from nearby topics such as missions. In terms of usefulness, it's a somewhat limited tool, but it's probably the closest to what you are looking for.

I'd think that the Biblical Theologies Guide would be close to what you want.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I'd recommend one of the following guide sections:
- Theme
- Systematic Theologies
- Biblical Theologies
- Cultural Concepts
- Topics
- Thematic Outlines
Personally, I find Theme to have the best signal/noise ratio. Here's a screenshot:
