Is there a way to track reading progression?

 Is there anyway to track your reading progression in a book? Like a way to see what page number you are currently on versus how many pages there are in the book? In my kindle app it looks like this:

    You can get an indication of reading progress from the Library panel as below

    The progress line on the top panel (Kindle's easier):

    I'm no longer seeing the progress line on the top panel. Is there a reason for this?
