Prepaid pre-pubs and transferring my library

I would like to leave my library to a family member once I die.

My specific question involves the case of pre-pubs that I've paid for and "own," but haven't been produced yet. (An example of this would be something like the new Mobile Ed certificate programs, or perhaps EEC.)

If they happened to transfer the library before the pre-pubs ship, would those unavailable resources automatically be downloaded to them once they ship?

I'm thinking "Yes," because they would have the permanent license for any undelivered resources.

Just double-checking that I don't have to advise them to wait to transfer the library until all outstanding resources have been produced and delivered.

Yes. The licenses for these not-yet-produced resources are already a part of your license file and would transfer along with the rest.
