Background Color

Is it possible to change the background color of every window pane (universally) to khaki like there is in the bible panes?

    I've often wondered why Logos does not give the option to change colors. The simplest of Bible programs I believe does that. Though "Online Bible" is a bit more than a simple Bible program, from the late '80's till now, one can have various colors for the panes in the program. 

    Having not a clue as to how difficult it would be for Logos to do this, I still would have thought by now we'd for sure have that option. This year to my knowledge is 2019.
