Remove from Device - resource keeps getting added back

I've been trying to remove the resource "LT271 Study the Bible with Logos: Jonah 1 (Videos)" from my library.

Each time I right-click > Remove from device, it shows that it's been removed.

However, when I reboot Logos 8.0.0.0026 on my MBP, the resource gets downloaded again. This has happened 3-4 times already.

To clarify, does it appear in the Library facet  Devices > Not on this device or  in Devices > This device, after you remove it?

If the behavior persists, provide some logs.

Yes, it currently appears under "Not on this device".

I'll post with logs the next time it gets added again (possibly when I grab some new resources / there are new updates).
