The ync your data circle keeps spinning. Looks like my reading history is not getting synced between my Android phone and my PC.

    What causes you to think that?

    Currently you are using our new Notes Tool on your mobile devices, but our old Notes Tool on your computer.

    You need to use the latest version of our Notes Tool on all of your devices for highlights and notes to work correctly.

    Please order the free Logos 8 Basic here.  Logos should then update automatically after you open it on your computer(s). 

    I know this may seem redundant since you already are using Logos 8, but I believe that ordering the Basic will help you.

    Hi Wayne,

    Please disregard the advice that I posted yesterday.

    If you are still having difficulty with this, please send fresh logs:

    1. Open the app.
    2. Tap the  Menu icon.
    3. Tap  Help.
    4. Press "Report a Problem"

    A pre-addressed email will open with a log file attached automatically. Press "Send" to send your report. A technician will reply as soon as possible.
