Notifications in the Faithlife app for ios
When someone sends me a message in Faithlife, I don’t receive any notification like my other apps. I have to go into the app to see any notifications. In the settings on both my app and my phone, the notifications are set to push and notify everything. I also have granted it permission to run in the background. I want this to work well so that we won’t have to rely on other apps and fully convert over to FL. Any idea when this will be fixed?

Push notifications used to work for me, but haven’t worked in the last few months. I am on an iPhone 7 running the latest iOS.

Notification issues are what breaks what would otherwise be a fantastic platform. I've had this issue every time I've tried Faithlife over 6 years. It's never been good. We're using the platform again full time and never get notifications. Android, iOS, tablets. Doesn't matter the platform. This would be an awesome platform, especially for messaging groups. But no dice.

Is there an update on this issue? My husband and I are having the same problem on our iPhone 11’s—it’s a real problem for us. Thanks.

Our church is having issues with our Faithlife notifications also. We use a mixture of Android and Apple mobile devices. Specifically notifications for messages sent by an individual to members of groups I am in. Checked the global and individual notification settings and unless I am missing something - i dont see where these notifications are controlled.
