Not downloading resources on a new install.

My computer is on the fritz and so bought a new one. Installed Logos 8 but it appears there are problems with downloading your resource files. about 300 resources were downloaded. I own 22,600. See the problem?

Been poking around a bit here and on my computer(hoping to find a solution in the help files.) Anything I tried does not work so far.

Would be a great help if the4re nis a fairly easy soliution. I also understand once started-this process talkes time.

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with this, David.

We recently introduced an option to download only selected books instead of your entire library.  You might have chosen this option unintentionally.

These instructions show how to make sure that all of your books download after having chosen a partial download.  I hope you find these instructions helpful.
