I noticed today that I can't see an option to download a set of resources that I filtered by a tag. I had to individually select each resource and download it. It used to be under the Sort option at the top of your list of resources.
Does this work?
Enter the tag in the Library filter
Tap Select at the top left
Choose Select All and then select Download from the three dots menu at the bottom-right
Graham,
Thanks, That was what I was looking for - I was looking for what used to be there and hadn't bothered looking at all of the screen.
Unfortunately, this will only download 100 resources at a time on my iPad Pro, and I have more than 8,000 . . . sheesh
Mea culpa - I was using the beta; I deleted that, grabbed the latest release, and “download all” was where it was supposed to be.

JT. I have almost 3,000 resources on my phone (which has more memory than my laptop). I also run the beta version of the programme. The only ”heartache and pain” has been a couple of occasions when I have had to do a reinstall. Fortunately I have very fast broadband connection so a complete reinstall doesn’t take very long. It certainly doesn’t appear to have any effect on the running of the app as I have tried it with just a couple of dozen downloads and can see no obvious differences.
very fast, unmetered internet will eliminate some of the pain. It wont eliminate lost notes & highlights due to corrupted or mismatched resource files.
JT. Must admit I hadn’t considered that! Maybe it’s time to change!

Is this an actual concern with the new notes system?
I have no idea, but I assume it is... especially the mismatched resource issue. In any case, I don't see any real reason to download all of your resources. Many features require internet... that doesn't change if you download all of your resources. If you are going to have internet anyways, it is better to get the lesser used resources in the cloud.
I know that some users really want the mobile app to replace the desktop app... but it is not intended to do so. One day it might, but if I had to choose between 1 year away or 10 years away, I would say it would be closer to the decade.
One hedge though: Apple is rumored to be transitioning away from intel chips in their computers. If that happens, I have no idea what will happen to Logos on Mac.
