Layouts Problem

We just loaded Logos 8. The Quickstart Layouts aren't showing up at all! Passage Study and the others aren't there. I can add custom layouts just fine, but have no access to the the ones that come with Logos 8. Any suggestions? (We have reinstalled the program 3x.)

Do you have a Faithlife Connect subscription? If not, have you purchased Logos 8 Starter Feature Upgrade or higher?
