The item must be in the special list. If it is, then it should work even if it's on sale. If it's not working, call sales.

I know that it does not stack on top of Academic pricing. If the academic pricing is equal or greater, the code does not work. If the discount is less than the 30%, then the code does work.
It seems to not be working for items on sale.
There’s no special list really just a bunch of pages with resources, some discounted already, some not, but no actual specific list.
