Really I am just interested in the Wright volume on Romans. But I guess you'll probably have to get the whole thing.
Unusually for commentaries, this was created as a single resource (like TDNT). So it couldn't be broken out into individual volumes without re-doing the entire resource as separate resources — which is unlikely to happen.
I suspect this was a publisher decision. It's always sold as a full-set in hardback, as far as I'm aware.
But I guess you'll probably have to get the whole thing.

You could and still can buy single volumes of the commentary that said single books were never available i.e. Romans only... It was always "The New Interpreter's Bible: A Commentary in Twelve Volumes, Vol. 10: Acts, Romans, 1 Corinthians" or now (the set was retypeset and had the NIV/NRSV text removed to turn it into a smaller 10 volume set) The New Interpreter's® Bible Commentary Volume IX: Acts, Introduction to Epistolary Literature, Romans, 1 & 2 Corinthians, Galatians. Some people did get upset over the removing of the Bible text but I wonder if the publishers had something to do with it... since NIV 1984 was no longer being published elsewhere perhaps reprinting the NIB without it was the only way to make Zondervan happy (this i really do not know).
