What just downloaded and why is indexing happening again?????

When I started up, something wanted to be installed. OK. I let it install. 

Now I have 1979 resources wanting to be indexed.

Why is this happening again?

What happened to my other 1000 or so resources?

    New Jerusalem Bible, Oxford Bible Commentary, Harper's Bible Commentary, Harper's Bible Dictionary, Anchor Bible Dictionary, Anchor Commentary series, Reading the New Testament series and who knows what else have all disappeared....

    Have you used the 'scan' function previously (before the update)? If you have that function only does a one-time scan, the directory is not remembered.

    EDIT: The Logos4 license server is not returning the correct set of licenses at the moment, it should be back to normal in a bit.
