Powerpoint slide per verse
Hi guys,
I have Logos 8, our church still uses Powerpoint for its worship (don't judge!) Is there any way I can use the Copy Bible Verse tool to copy those verses and then paste them into Powerpoint and have them appear automatically in a slide per verse instead of having to do a further cut and paste operation?
This is how it looks now
This is how I'd like it to be

It's been a long time since I've used PowerPoint, but I do not believe it offers that option. There is no setting in Logos for that option.

If you make a Passage List of the verses you want to project you can click on the three vertical dots in the top right and "Save as Sermon." Now in the Sermon Editor you can change the slide background and export to PowerPoint (Export drop down menu top right). You might have to fiddle around a little to get it the way you want it, but it should save time.

Here is a VBA form and module to do just that. The code to execute "CreateVersByVerseSlides" is in the Main Module (modMain)
OR
Let a CopyBibleVerses Style generate a Macro Template for you? You'll need to edit this code to make it generic, but this is faster than building slides by hand (PowerPoint Slide Per Verse (Generate Macro))

Wonderful, I will try to learn the basics of vba (something I should have done a while ago) and then I'll be able to run it. Thanks again!

This is a much needed option in the CBV tool. I'd LOOOOVVEEEEE to have this option!!!
I'd pay money for it even.
