RefTagger for MS Word?

I remember there used to be some kind of Word macro available so that any Bible reference within a Word document will pop up the Bible text upon mouse hover. It's kind of like a RefTagger for MS Word.

Is this macro / tool still available for Logos 8 (Windows)? If so, how to obtain and install it?
