Bought Logos Version 8.4.1. How can I tell what I got extra over the free version?
The software is free, so you did not purchase 8.4.1. You will need to clarify what you actually did purchase. You should be able to find this either from the confirmation email or your purchase history online.

What I purchased is called Logos 8 Fundamentals. It was $99.00

You may have, but for clarification: If you owned a permanent license to the item previously, then you should not have paid for it again. If you had a temporary license, then you now own a permanent license. One advantage of the later is that you can download the resource and use it offline.
