New Context Menu bug & plea

Request: I realize that the plan is to move some things to the info tool so that might affect this, but in any case, please focus on the performance of the context menu, especially as affected by super slow network conditions.
Bug: There is also a bug (also present in other areas of the UI such as the "show/hide in all appropriate resources" menu button in the VFs) whereby expansion buttons get covered by the scroll bar on macOS.
