iOS Suggestion -- Ability to fast-scroll through individual letter listings

Using LSJ as an example, when one is in the lexicon proper in iOS, there is a scroll button on the top which, when grabbed, gives a very high-level capacity to "flip pages."

Suggestion?  After going to the lexicon's Table of Contents and then tapping the "Circled i" button next to a particular letter, could one implement a similar scroll button concept, so that one could quickly get to a vocable within a certain letter range?
