Print Export Problem

For the past month or so I've had a bit of a weird problem. When I attempt to print or export to PDF and then print a resource from the Print/Export panel it. causes my HP PageWide Pro 577 to blue screen of death and shut down. This is only an issue with PDFs exported via. Logos. All other PDFs work just fine. Am I the only one who has this issue?

Are you on Mac? What OS version?

How much of the resource are you printing/exporting? What PDF options do you have/use when you click the PRINT drop-down?

Do you:

1. Print to PDF from the panel

2. Try to Print a resource (on your HP)  from the panel.

OR

1. Print to PDF from the panel

2. Try to Print a resource (on your HP)  from the PDF file?  ---> What PDF software?
