Screen scaling

I have logos 8 on a surface pro and would also like to use it on a macbook ( for me the surface pro and keyboard make a great portable desktop but not such a good laptop and logos isn’t great in tablet mode). My problem is that if i set logos window size on the surface pro the windows are so large on the mac that only 1/4 of the window shows on the screen. If i resize them to be usable on the macbook they are too small on the Surface. The Surface is set at 200% resolution as recommended by microsoft. Is there a workaround that would allow me to have a usable window size on both devices without needing to resize Logos when switching devices.

Yes, but only by using separate layouts.

Thanks, i know that this is not an issue with Logos but with the way that windows handles (or doesn’t handle🙂) scaling. I usually open to a blank layout which means that, when I switch from windows to mac, I have to resize the window to see the layout button.

This is also a problem in Mac to Mac use. I have two iMacs. One is 28” 5K machine. The other a 21” 4K computer. Opening a layout previously opened on the other machine always requires resizing. Not too much of an issue when sizing up. More of a pain when sizing down, as the window is way too large. Is there a way to fix this?

I didn’t realize it was a problem between Macs (I thought the display engines apple uses were scalable). I haven’t found a solution so I’m running Logos on the Surface pro and using RDP to share the screen to the macBook. Going from the surface (which is a lower resolution screen than the macbook) to logos native on the macbook resulted in only 1/4 of the window fitting on the screen.
