Themelios Request ...

I would like to use this opportunity of the Themelios journal moving to "Coming Soon" section of pre-pub, to repeat a request I made in an earlier thread, namely that Logos use this opportunity to exercise their generousity, and update this pre-pub to include all the journals that have been published since this entry was first made a pre-pub.
Please, please, please. It will be horrible to have to wait who knows how many years for another update pre-pub to go through.
God bless,
Steve P.

I would like that too, but then it won't be "coming soon" anymore, because they'd have to go through and tag all the new issues before shipping this. I'd prefer to get the 99 issues that are already available soon than wait even longer. It's currently listed as shipping on July 2, and it includes all the way up through issue 33-3 (December 2008). That's incredibly up-to-date for Logos journals. None of the others include 2009 yet. It takes a while after year-end to get these things from the publisher and then get them all tagged, prepared for sale on the website, etc. Most of the others go through 2003 (Journal of Biblical Apologetics), 2005 (Evangelical Review of Theology, Tyndale Bulletin), 2006 (Review of Biblical Literature), 2007 (Journal of Hebrew Scriptures, Trinity Journal, Emmaus Journal) and a few through 2008 (in the Theological Journal Library's recent update: Volume 12). I would be satisfied waiting for 2009 in a later update, and then 2010 sometime after this year is complete, etc.

Themelios has dropped off the Shipping Soon list and is back with all the other Under Development titles, is this because they've decided to include the 2009 editions after all or for some other reason. does any body know?

Here's the official word from Logos on that from another thread:
"We identified a few last minute issues with Themelios. We'll post a new ship date as soon as we have a clearer idea when the issues will be fixed."
