Replicate:

  1. Open a layout that has two or more Notes tabs, each originally saved with a notebook selected when the layout was saved.
    1. When the layout is opened, the name of the Notes tabs does not show the name of the selected notebooks.
  2. Right-click on text selected in a resource.
    1. The context menu only shows "Notes" available, not the name of the notebooks selected in each Notes tab.
  3. Click on the Notes tabs and the name of the selected notebook in each tab will be displayed on the tabs and in the context menu.

Expectation: I expected the name of the notebook selected in each Notes tab when the layout was saved to be displayed on the Notes tabs when the layout is opened, and shown in the context menu, without having to click on the Notes tabs first.
