CRASH while idle

Mac OS 10.14.5 Logos 8.7 Beta 2
While I was goofing off—SE US for wasting time—with Logos sitting idle in the background, Logos suddenly disappeared from the screen. A few seconds later, the trusty Apple Crash dialog appeared.
Forum software would not load logs archive from Safari, Chrome, or FireFox
Software refuses to load Logos.log

Jack,
Can you please ZIP the entire folder and upload that? It should then let you upload the log file. Having the entire Zip folder is very helpful.

As I said in the OP, the forum software would not allow me to upload the log archive. Tried it again and I got this
I have tried Safari, Chrome, and FireFox. Your software rejects them all. I posted everything your software would accept.

Hi Jack,
I'm sorry, I missed that line in your post. I've written up a bug report. Thanks for reporting it.

It just happened again. I had copied 1 John 4:4 from the KJV into a MS Word document using the Styled feature of the selection menu. I clicked on Logos to clear the selection in the KJV panel and then back to MS Word. I was greeted by the Apple Crash Report.

The forum software took the log archive this time, but it still will not accept the archive from the OP.

And again. This time, I copied about 3 paragraphs from Iain M. Duguid, Esther and Ruth, ed. Richard D. Phillips and Philip Graham Ryken, Reformed Expository Commentary (Phillipsburg, NJ: P&R Publishing, 2005), 129–130.
Pasted them into MS Word. After a bit of editing, I clicked back on the floating window containing the source panel in order to clear the selection. Logos immediately disappeared.

Don't know if it makes a difference, but the previous crash was also related to a floating window. Don't remember about the first crash.
So far, this is almost as much fun as a root canal [:P]
