You just need to use a Septuagint with reverse interlinear data so that the Greek can be properly aligned with the Hebrew.
Thanks Andrew- knew it had to be something I was missing.
I just set it up and it helps me greatly, have a resource alternating between the two- this really simplifies it.

This is accomplished through the tabs browser. If that doesn’t explain it enough, ask again in the mobile forum and one of us can get screen shots.
Could you use the Multiple Resource View (ESV, Swete LXX, and LHB) with corresponding words turned on to get the results that you're looking for?
Unrelated but funny: Every time I see this post on the forums, I misread it as, "Corresponding Hittites." [:D]
