BUG: 4.0d B3: Inline Interlinear leaves a blank line for Louw-Nida in OT

With EVERYTHING turned on for the Inline and Bottom Interlinears:

1) The bottom Interlinear removes the Louw-Nida line when in the OT (nice)

2) The Inline Interlinear leaves a blank line instead (not so nice)

I think the Inline one should act like the other, but this is not a big deal or urgent. Just reporting finds ...
