Back to school Syntopicon for the independent learner...
There is an interesting Logos back to school splash page:
The theology reference links to Portfolio package:
So it made me remember Microsoft Encarta '01, which came with standard curriculum for different subjects, so that one could explore the different areas using the encyclopedia entries.
We do have in Encyclopedia Britannica in L8 the Syntopicon.
So I was wondering if the pro team could develop a resource that lists under the 4 areas above (Biblical
studies, original languages, ministry and preaching, theological study), key concepts, themes, topics,
common to all traditions, and then those particularly important to particular traditions / denominations.
The main objective is to facilitate entry into important concepts taking advantage of the great Library available in Logos.
It could even be further divided in beginner, intermediate and advanced so that a systematic order would
allow independent learners to approach the process in a better directed way.
Pro team experience in formal studies can then be an asset for non-formal students that want to explore and
learn on their own.

Peace and grace.
