I was looking at the hard copy of the Septuagint. It says that I will be charged today, but it doesn't ship until November. I'm fine with that, but can I get a refund if I change my mind before it ships?

I found the format of this page very frustrating. It didn't have greyed out buttons to tell me what I already owned. Instead it cheerily told me it was adding each item to my cart, and it wasn't until I went to check out that it told me it had removed several items from my cart because I already owned them. [:@]

Yes it is very frustating. In fact, the same issue is present with all of the sales pages in the new and improved(?) website.
Not a pleasant user experience.

I’m adding myself to the frustration. Sometimes you forget which books you have because you have so many and the page doesn’t tell you until you actually go to the actual product then it tells you but on the static page it doesn’t show that you own it. The verbum page may be worse because it doesn’t tell you until you actually add it to the cart and then it automatically removes it from the cart because you own it. The same issue is present in the Spanish website.

Let me add my voice to this problem. It permeates the "new improved" web site in not showing items i already own. The result is that i simply am not buying new resources because i can't waste time putting each item into my card to see if i already own it. Logos is losing sales because of this.

The special sale site has this issue, but which "new improved" site are you talking about? The new Logos & FLEB sites DO have faceted browsing and you CAN filter out owned/unowned. Scroll the left hand side of the page.

I know their are problems with the wishlists now, but I find increasingly I'm making decisions based on books which I've put in my wishlists. Any time I see a book of interest, but which I'm either not ready to buy or not at full price, I put it in my wishlist and monitor the wishlist regularly to see if any are on sale.

Man that is an amazing price. I remember getting that resource on sale for around $50. I wonder if they dropped the prices on these

I was only missing 2 Resources, that’s why it was way cheaper for me. The curse and the blessing of dynamic pricing 👍😁👌
