CRASH: When selecting "Explain the screen" in the Help menu (8.7 Beta 3 WIN 8.7.0.0017)

Replication:

Click on the Help "hamburger" menu in the top-right corner of the Logos app
Select "Explain the screen"
App crashes a moment later

The same thing happens if I use the keyboard shortcut F9.
