Note Create Date & Modified Date

Hi - almost new Logos user...
I can't seem to find where I see the create date of a note. I know it is stored in the database because I can filter on modified or created dates... but I don't see where it is displayed.
I like to take sermon notes and would like to see the dates they were created.
