Information on Faithlife provided Workflows

Is there an easy way to tell:

1. Which Workflows are provided by Faithlife?
2. When the Faithlife Workflows were last updated?

I'm trying to reconcile the documentation with the package features.

Is there an easy way to tell:

1. Which Workflows are provided by Faithlife?

I don't know that there's a way to see which were developed by FL, but those provided by FL are under the "Workflows" header in the guides menu while user created (and provided) workflows show up under the "Custom Workflows" header.

I'm not aware of any way to address your second question.
