Prayer list check boxes

Occasionally I get behind on my prayer list. Unchecked prayers then show up on subsequent days (even if they are not scheduled for those days). If I miss 2 or 3 days (or more), then the current day list has all the previous unprayed for items, and that list can get quite long. Is there a way to do a group check to simply, so that those unprayed for request won't show up until they are next scheduled? (I know if I was more disciplined, I wouldn't miss any days!).
