Is app.logos.com supposed to be a secret?
There does not seem to be a link from logos.com to app.logos.com. The link was hard to find. Why don't they feature it at the bottom of the main web page?

And my point is that you shouldn't need your own shortcut or bookmark. Logos should provide a link from their front page.
It is "hidden" in the sense that if you didn't know it existed, Logos does not make it a point to let you know.

David I suggested sometime ago that there should be a link like you are asking for now and FL’s answer was no it was not part of their plans at the time.
Whether their plans have changed or they will take more kindly to you suggesting it only they can answer,

It's supposed to be a secret. Blog, ditto. eBooks ditto. 'we sell stuff" ditto.
It's sort of funny, but to find what you need at FL, you avoid normal FL entries. It's part of their plan to not communicate (and a major success story too ... the customers let the cat out of the bag, but very carefully).

I think faithlife have huge discoverability / branding problems. It is a mystery to me why they make it so hard to find out what they offer for sale... Surely the best boost to business would come from making the pitch clear?

I dunno. I've been getting LOT of emails lately. Too many. I may need to trim that down. I would rather buy stuff I am looking for and be able to find it.
Actually, I have almost no trouble finding or discovering what I want, so I don't really have a beef and I love the gravy.

Extending some of the above ideas: Instead of the 'more>>' link on Reftagger popups leading to Biblia.com, have it lead to app.logos.com . Instead of having the 'sign up/sign in' banner filling the whole page on arrival, have a nice little layout with the free-use stuff that comes with Basic (e.g., LEB linked w/ JFB commentary or FSB, Info window, LBD). Below that, the ad banner with the 'sign up/sign in' links and the other ad copy. And maybe a couple of sentences about linked resources, how the context menu functions with a Passage Guide or Bible Word Study, how the info window functions after clicking a surface-text word.
